I am back

Aah... Finally I am here, back after 40 days. 40 days without blogging is like life imprisonment. I had never thought, notb even in my dreadest nightmare that I would be keep out of blogging for like 1.5 months. I went to Bihar on the very next day of updating this blogpost (29 July 2012) previously and was supposed to return to Delhi in a week only. But nothing happened the way I anticipated.

I was stuck there waiting for my result which never announced unless I left back for Delhi later. Right around the Independence day, mosquitoes had also proved their Right to Bite. They make sure to bite me again to induce the malaria agents in my already fragile body. Dear mosquitoes, I know I am Sweet but why on earth you chose me to prove your freedom in the first place. I mean, there is several other sweet peoples also exist in this world. Later, I was diagnosed and treated for malaria. The treatment includes 4 painful piercing of injection (I will explain this in further posts) in my body (you know in which part they inject the syringe in malaria treatment). Then comes the another phase of waiting for my semester result which my University was obstinate not to announce unless I would come back to Delhi, or something like that.

Finally, I gave up and decided to come back to Delhi. I booked my ticket in Tatkal which itself was a painful experience. Thanks to that travel agent who booked it for me at his cut equals to the fair of the ticket itself. Prior to that, I had also tried to book it via IRCTC website but as expected it never failed in its patent transaction failure.

They should ban IRCTC for spreading the rumour that TATKAL reservation ticket in Indian Railway is also available online. Also, they should announce some kind of achievement awards for those who succeeded in booking it via IRCTC website. Some award like Bharat Ratna, or something equivalent to it. Yes, it worth it, totally.

Then, the day I booked myself the ticket, the result also announced. Oopsss........... I had got one backlog in this semester as well. Total number of arrier count shoot up to 7 including this one. The backlogs had now becomes the inseparable part of me. I wailed for a moment, not because I was flunked, but because I had waited for THIS all these days.

During all these days, I had no computer to kill my time, neither did I had any smartphone which adds only some extra pain in my mediocre life style. All I had was few novels, half of which was not even worth to touch it. But I had read all of them. I also had this Micromax mobile phone which act as a life support for me all these days. All I did was spending 16 hours a day on twitter. Few tweets, reply and mention, and most of the time spend in staring at the tweeter timeline. It had become my favouriate pass time.

This is what happens when your life is pretty much screwed up. You could even becomes habitual to the most annoying things like twitter.

Nevertheless, I am not totally incontenet about this visit. I also had few memorable experiences which I want to share with all of you on my blog. Stay in touch meanwhile. I'll soon comes up with few of the experiences in further blogposts.

Till then, take care.

FACEBOOK THRILLS BUT KILLS: SIDE-EFFECTS OF SOCIAL NETWORKs

FACEBOOK THRILLS BUT KILLS: SIDE-EFFECTS OF SOCIAL NETWORKS

First of all, wish u a very happy and safe facebooking.

To begin with, let me tell you a very common story. Actually, its not a story, it’s part of a daily life.

Case-I

Deepak is in relationship with Priya since last 3 months. Earlier he had a girlfriend, Ragini. He had broke up with her(Ragini) on some insynchronised opinions they have about approach in life. Deepak is in an Engineering college somewhere in Delhi, while Priya is an Art’s student in Delhi University.
Today Priya phoned Deepak.
Priya: Hello Deepak, I need to talk to you.
Deepak: honey, I am in college, in the middle of the lecture.
Priya: But I………………………….
Deepak: sorry honey, will talk to you later. I am hanging up, bye.
and Deepak disconnected the call. After 10 minutes his phone vibrates again. Yes, it was Priya ofcourse. He had to pick up the call anyhow, and he did.
Priya: Janu, I……………..
Deepak: look Priya, I am busy, means I am busy. Can’t u get it?
And disconnected the call again.
After some 5 minutes he received an SMS which reads, “U don’t love me anymore no, U have time 4 others but no time 4 me. U R changed Deepu”.

This tantrum by girls always works. So Deepak called her.
Deepak: Hey, whats wrong with you? Aren’t u understand, I m busy?
Priya: I know U are busy with that sl*t Ragini. Why  the f**k   that son of
the bi*ch still in touch with u?
Deepak: hey, whats worng with you? R U crazy? Who told you all these bullshits?
Priya: your Facebook profile! You as*h*le. You have time for commenting on status of that bitch, but no time for me.
Deepak was stunned with the tone and selection of words.
Deepak: Mind ur language priya!!!!!!
Priya: To hell with ur language, you bloody cheater.
Deepak: I can explain, please baby, I am sorry, the lecture was boring so I logged in to facebook. Its not a big deal.
Priya: it is a big deal mr. Deepak Mishra, atleast with me. I cant be in a relationship where one person devotes everything while other cheated.

And she disconnected the call. No need to mention, their relationship expires afterthen.

This is what happens when you have a girlfriend, an ex-girlfriend and facebook account,

Case-II

Mr. Singh is an ex-Defence person. He have got to marry her only daughter, Kiran.  Singh family had even seen a boy Rohit, working as an engineer in a reputed MNC. The to-be-groomandto-be-bride had liked each other, and chat almost daily of facebook.

But Mr. Singh wants to make sure about the character of  his to-be-son-in-law.for this he approached a private detective agency to spy on Rohit.
The detective agency had only asked for his facebook and e-mail account.

The agency figured out that Rohit had 3 girlfriends in past. They collected proofs about it and  appoints  a guy to investigate Rohit to check if he may be loyal to her wife-to-be or not.
That guy send her a friend request by the name of some girl and no doubt Rohit has trapped in their net. The agency had prepared a detailed report about Rohit.

Mr. Singh was shocked to know that his every prediction went wrong as per this report. The report also recommended not to marry his doll with that Rohit.

These two cases are just a part, there are so many other  stories which proves that people today living dual life. 1. Social life and 2. Social networking life.

FORBIDDEN LOVE STORY - Part-1

*****************************************
Part-1
*****************************************

Before beginning the story, it is hereby brought into consideration that this story is a real life experience of a friend of mine. But for the sake of concealing the identity, story is manipulated a bit; names and places of course are changed. To make it worth readable (as I think so, it may be my illusion) few modifications in conversations and situations are made deliberately.

Now, let me expedite the story to avoid losing some potential readers and future-blog-followers. For the sake of simplicity as well as fluent narration I deliberately represent the male protagonist as the narrator of this story. Story seems bit accentuating if narrated by the 1st person itself. Isn’t it?

''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''

I, Sachin, 21, single, male, sexually-straight, is an average looking person with a 5’8” frame. I had did my diploma in Electrical Engineering from TCT Polytechnic, a prestigious polytechnic college in Uttar Pradesh established some 25 years ago by govt. of UP to meet the excessive demand of Junior Engineers in developing India. As being an avid student, I did complete my diploma not only with a brag-able mark-sheet, but also with some theoretical knowledge (which most of the engineers devoid today). Though I hate boasting about my academic achievements but at the same time it is equally inevitable to cloak the associated proud feeling embedded within it. It’s always inevitable to mention my academic record without that “concerned” pride.

I was eventually selected in NTPC, reputed PSU branch in Haryana. I was trainee and soon to be promoted as junior engineer. In two month to be precise. This PSU plant, being situated in rural area far away from population they provided us flats in a self settled colony. It was a colony consist of around 70 flats which was shared commonly by trainees as well as by senior engineers. The number of rooms and interior arrangements though defines their ranks and make us feel “I m still a trainee”. But just for two more months, I thought.
There also lives senior engineer Mr. Akhilesh Singh. Although, he was not any special species but the only thing which accentuated him is being the father of this beautiful girl, his daughter Kritika. Kritika, 23, was a beautiful and efficient creation of god production industry. I guess even god too had took it few extra hours on her finishing operation. She was in M.Sc. 2nd year. Eventually our eyes met and not to mention, I had developed a crush on her. Though I adored her beauty and wanted her to make mine like anything but never attempted to approach her for the obvious reasons. She too was not oblivious of my feeling for her which oozed out every nano-second I saw her. She too had a thing for me, I thought or maybe I was just misjudging her looks.

One fine day I received the call from an unknown number.

“Hello” I said in interrogatively as if trying to ask who on other side is being generous enough to call on my number.

“Is that Sachin?” a melodious female voice echoed in my ear.

“Yes! Who’s it?” I asked.

“This is Kritika” she said Cooley.

“Fine thank you” I replied formally. “I m sorry but do I know u?”

“Awwweee!!! We live in same colony and u don’t even know me yet.” She said in her female friendly dramatic voice as if we knew each other since ages.

My mind immediately sprang into action.

“It must be Kritika, my neighborhood crush” I thought. Who else in my female-deficient colony has this euphonious voice?

It must be Kritika, I declared mentally to myself.

“Kritika?” I asked deliberately to confirm.

“Who else could call you from this colony? Also I m the only ‘The Kritika’ of this area” She chuckled.

And she was right. Who else could call me from this colony, except Mr. Ranjan, our asshole supervisor, and some other not-so-important colleagues.

And this was just the beginning. What followed next is loads of phone calls, SMSes, texting, sexting and every possible thing one could imagine to be done over phone. Our relationship was ripening and I of course wanted to extract the fruit from it. But she always knocked down the idea of real date giving some strange hard-to-believe reasons. She also insisted not to add her on facebook for the reasons of same “genre”. Though she never failed to reply my e-mails and this had become the 2nd most preferred mode of communication we share to communicate. She told me, she had no boyfriend, even though she was in M. Sc. 2nd year. I had to believe. Do I have any other options otherwise? Certainly not, unless I’d risk my just-can’t-get-enough-till-now kind of relationship.
Three months of relationship and no real date. This was something I had never imagined to be ever happening with me. Even when she saw around her house, she couldn’t even bothers to look into my eyes, let alone waving hand or wishing good day. “What kind of love is this?” I thought.  Now since I was promoted as junior engineer at same plant, I could pay worry-lessly for my ever increasing phone bills. I pleaded her to meet me once. What’s the point being in love mutually when there is no space of meeting (read it dating) each other. But It was my love story. Isn’t it enough reason to be weird? Anyway…….

Although, on my chivious demand, she had no way but to accept it. She reluctantly agreed for a date. We anyhow, decided to meet at most beautiful location our small town had.  Despite of being oblivious about latest fashion trend, I chose myself a better pair of dress for this tough-to-earned date. Three f**king months. And my irrevocable waiting paid me off. She came some 40 minutes late from the pre-decided  time, which she had fixed by herself. I should have remark her being late but I was in no position to muff. Do I? Certainly not unless I’d risk my still-not-anything relationship.

Love @ facebook : an inevitable sin part-2

You had read part 1 of this story, here

Love@facebook: an inevitable sin Part-1.html

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

continued after part-1........................

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“Hi dear! How r u?” a message popped out on her computer screen.
“M fine. U tell” she replied.
“ just getting bored! Feel like chatting” he typed back.

And this ignites their chatting session. They begin chatting almost everyday. Very soon, the frequency as well as the duration of their chatting shoot up to the possibly optimal  level.

She was infatuated with his sense of humour and grey matter, they exchanged their contact numbers. Their crush changed into love (as in his case) in the nick of time. The chatting over internet was soon replaced by texting and gossiping over the phone. But might be due to her parents fear or some other reasons, she always defies for a real date despite of his several chivvy attempts.

Geetika, on the other hand, now met a boy in her coaching center who had a thing for her. She too felt something for him somewhere in her heart which she flippantly tried to deny it. She mentally refuse this feeling for the sake of her love, Akshansh.

But as they says “nobody has control over their heart” she too had lost the control. The same theory worked for her and eventually she fell for that coaching boy, Sameer too. This of course reduced the frequency and duration of communication between Akshansh and Geetika. Geetika surely wanted to break-up this internet-relationship but couldn't knew how to tell Akshansh about it. Akshansh, on the other hand, perplexed by her irresolute behavior in the nick of time. Even pestering over phone or facebook couldn't help him either.  He decided to investigate for the reason and subsequently, he was exposed to the truth by stalking her.

As being a rich brat, he and his friends beats up Sameer, who doesn’t even had any idea for the reason of being thrashed. This incident was surely the paranoia of Akshansh.

Needless to mention, Geetika was in real rouble, where she could neither blab her parents about her situation nor she could conceal it from them as Akshansh was making her life miserable.

Unbearble situation, in the end, coerced her to blab her parents about every possible incident she could explain. Police had to intervene the issue. Though involvement of Police had solved the problem but it teaches Geetika a lesion. A huge lesion for lifetime.

Now as the story finished here but the continuity of this blog would be perpetual.
Waiting for your comments and response.

Love @ facebook : an inevitable sin part-1

Love @ facebook : An inevitable Sin

As I mentioned earlier post we live in WTF world. WTF means Wikipedia , Twitter, Facebook.  Today, one who is not on internet is apparently doesn’t exist at all. This is most popular unsung rule conquering the CYBER WORLD.

If Internet is a world, love should also be the part of this virtual place. Love on Internet (especially on FACEBOOK) is an inevitable amotery of desperates (include me in this list….. oops). Those fake-eurocentric materials consider themselves as the person which is full of grey-mater, wit and humour. Most of the time, they even boast about it.

But every unseen lust (love is not what happens on facebook, I think) story should be ended tragically (if not so, how come most of the writers evolve). What else you expect from a relationship results from sheer amotery of two desperate peoples too horny to fall in real love. Even movies like MFK and novels like Love@facebook (by this inevitable beauty NIKITA SINGH: the girl whose looks are more sexier than her books) explains the consequence of internet love. Movies and novels, though demands happy ending, but real life is bit different. Isn’t it.

As Internet is full of all kind of peoples; (from exhilarate to oddball, funny to pesky, obsolete to trendy, blah, blah, blah) internet ofcourse is not a secure place to be unless satisfactory privacy measures are implied. Most vulnerable are, though, newly introduced teenagers. They are avid & scrounged when it comes to Cyber love. Let me narrate a little story regarding love on internet.

Geetika, the protagonist (and an internet victim), was a fresher to the internet world. She was excited about her newly created facebook account. As being a new user, her crush for facebook forced her to blab all her details over profile info, which was already public-view mode by default (by the fault of Zukerberg, I’d say). Funny and romantic posts and pics fascinates her, and why shouldn’t?  She is at the age which develops taste for these things by defaults. She was only 15 and ofcourse too young to understand the ambiguish status updates of desperate belonging to lunatic fringes. Needless to mention that she added almost every known and stranger person she could. It took only a month and her friend count shoots up to 1000 mark.

One fine day, she received a friend request as she logged in. As being an avid friend adder, she immediately accepted it. It was from a person whose profile claimingly Akshansh, 21 from Noida. The handsome profile pic was a bonus alongwith a catchy bio.

MASS BUNK in Engineering college: A mirage effect

Mass bunk, as we all know that, is one of the most euphonious attribute of students’ life. If we call it a crush for students, then it would be obsession when it comes to Engineering students. They always crave for it, and we all know it. Aren’t we?

Mass bunk can be defined as an eulogized practice in which most of the students (entire class, most of the time) preferably decides to skip the class deliberately.

To some people, its for some deliberate reason. Its an art for few while punishment for fewer. But in Engineering college, fun is the major purpose behind this nobel practice.

Mass bunk, being a globally acclaimed practice has several names. Some call it Group Tadi (G.T.), some call it Multi cut. There also exist some people who call it golden period of their life.  Whatsoever………The main purpose is to skip the class. Right???????

This highly appreciated practice has several devotees, there also exist few manufacturing defects who couldn’t avod their lust for attending the lectures.

In Engineering colleges, Mass Bunk is an illusion. The effect could neither be total nor uniformally epicentric.
Usually, it involves these steps:
1.   They plan for it.
2.   They work on it
3.   They skip the class.
But,the whole idea of devoiding the lecture is f**ked up by those three or four fake-Einstein material who deliberately ignore their desire for testing the Ambrosia of Mass Bunk. The sole purpose of their existence to mug the books and talk everything about it. Nothing else. The lust of lecture coerced them to defys their inner calls.  Consequently, the attend the lecture and rest of all are screwed up. These are the same people who believes that skipping a lecture is like skipping a semester exam. (You can do it but the subsequent tremour is long lasting.)

Well, everyone had their own set of explainatory theory (lets call it defence mechanism,in such cases), so do they. Is something wrong in this? May be or may be not. Its all depends upon one’s level of persistence and attitude personna. But I am not getting into it as it is beyond the scope of this topic.

Let me tell you a little incident which aimed to clear the delimatic situation (highly dependent on your understanding rather than the post meaning.

Once upn a time, there exist an engg.-cum-management college, lets call it Impetus Institute of Technology and Management (IITM), in Delhi. Like every engineering colleges, most of the future-Engineers loves skipping lectures. Mechanical 1st year, though, topples the lis.  Its an chromosomal inevitability. Their gene structure never allowed the to attend classes regularly. These Mechies are well known for their bunking ability and associated efficiency. But this efficiency is relative figure only, as there also two students, Aniket and Rajesh who hates to bunk the lectures. It might because of their defective chromosomal structure. This surely screwed other’s attendance as well as academic profile as lecturers had slashed their internal marks by considerable proportion.

As we all know, in Engineering College, you can do it without lectures, you can do it without attendance. You can also do it without previous year question paper, but in no way you can make it without internal marks. To be on the safer side, even if you could do it, your grades would surely be f**ked up.

So, consequently, they (the Mass Bunkers) effed up their result. This scenario indoubtely inseminated a seed of rage against those avid-lecture-worms. But what they could do? Practically nothing…… I thought.

Anyhow, they were promoted to 2nd year where few other Lateral Entry (L.E.) students had joined the league. They had left with two options. Either to compromise their bunking bot inside them or coerced those book-wormto join their league. But apparently both the option trashed as neither of them compromised. Eventually, 3rd semester result was screwed up too. This caused some strifed L.E. students too aggressive to stick with decency. They Thrashed them while few other helps them too.

Needless to say, the authorities had to take some exemplary steps to check this situation and its consequence. They took a strict action deliberately. Few students were expelled, few were charged with fine. Though those L.E. students were the epicenter of the fiately order implemented by college authority but the tremor was felt by Mechanical 2nd year, and technically by entire IITM.

Its logical to understand that Mass-Bunk in IITM becomes a rare history for few succeeding months. As being an engineering student, our chromosome structure doesn’t allows us to stay away from Mass Bunk. Its inevitable and quite understandable. The mass bunking vehicle returned on track in few following months but that incident had changed the scenario which could be very much translated as “DO AT YOUR OWN RISK”. Also this created a havoc inside those mass-bunkers.
But life must go on. Isn’t it?

The sole purpose of writing this post is to let you know that Mass bunk is an illusion in Engg. College. Also, it would leads to several ego-wars which subsequently worsten the scenario.

As being an Avid-Massbunker, I always support the fascinating idea of lecture skipping(lets hope none of our lecturers would read it. Luckily, chances are rare), my attendance and internal grades screams the fact. But simultaneously, I defies the physical violence to make its impact total. This ambrosia is an unsung fiasco, but we love it anyway.

Thanks for your patience to read it completely (or pretending to read; just in case)
